Join Leaders Setting the Pace for Mountain Bike Advocacy
Great progress for mountain biking happens because of the team commitment, active work and generosity of mountain bikers united for a common purpose: creating, enhancing and protecting great places to ride mountain bikes.
The Singletrack Society is a special group of leaders committed to this mission and the opportunities available today to create more trails closer to communities.
Singletrack Society members are from every part of the country reflecting every level of riding and trail advocacy experience. Together, members share ideas, advocate, benefit from the teamwork, and express their personal leadership and commitment to the mission through philanthropic generosity.
Fun Riding Together
What’s most memorable to Singletrack Society members are the fun rides, special outings and social events hosted by IMBA and Society members at iconic locations across the country. The events build energy and camaraderie among mountain biking philanthropists and enlarges everyone’s understanding of the tremendous potential for all riders.
IMBA Singletrack Society Gatherings in 2020
We are currently planning to host two Singletrack Society events this year and will post updates on these in the coming weeks. We will adhere to national and local COVID-19 regulations and if regulations are rescinded, we’ll proceed with the events. Please save the dates for now. We hope to see you there!
Park City, Utah: July 17th-19th
Please join us in Park City, one the best mountain bike destinations in the country, July 17th-19th. Park City is a Gold-Level IMBA Ride Center and for good reason—there are hundreds of miles of all-ability singletrack along with connections to the Wasatch Crest Trail and the lift-access gravity trails at Deer Valley Resort.
Bentonville, Arkansas: October 23rd-25th
Our second Singletrack Society Gathering will be held in Bentonville on October 23rd-25th, in partnership with Outerbike. Bentonville is considered to be the best mountain bike destination east of the Rockies, with hundreds of miles of singletrack, bike parks, flow trails, museums and great restaurants all located right downtown. We’ll be partnering with Outerbike for shuttles, demo bikes, raffles and lunch all weekend long.
We look forward to hosting you at these events, treating you to great riding and socializing with fellow Singletrack Society members. We’ll update you on what’s new and the big opportunities for IMBA and the mountain bike community, including guest speakers.

"I joined the Singletrack Society a few years ago, and it has been an awesome experience! I discovered a whole new world in mountain bike advocacy, and I learned how important – and rewarding – it is to be involved. The Singletrack Society has introduced me to amazing new trails in places that I would probably never have ridden. I have met people from all over the country, brought together by our shared love of mountain biking. IMBA does so much to promote trail creation, community building, and education. I am so inspired to be an advocate for mountain biking in my own community!" Stacey N.
